About Me
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley as a Syrian-American, I have constantly been exposed to a wide variety of delicious food from different cultures. Whether it be tacos antojitos from my favorite taco shop or my Mama’s homemade ma’loubeh, I have been lucky try lots of amazing foods. From a young age, I loved to bake and spend time in the kitchen. As I learned more about the power of nutrition, I began to combine my love for cooking with my commitment to healthy living. Hence the inception of gastronomaire!
